Tizona Cid Sword, Gold, 100 cm
Tizona is the name of the sword carried by Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, El Cid, which was used to fight the Moors in Spain according to the Cantar de Mio Cid. The name Tizón translates to burning stick, firebrand.A sword identified with Tizona is on display at the Museo de Burgos, in Burgos. The Tizona, or Tizón, is one of the swords (together with La Colada) attributed to El Cid in Spanish literature. According to the Cantar de Mio Cid, El Cid won the sword from its previous owner, King Yucef in Valencia. Afterward, it was gifted by El Cid to his sons-in-law, the Infantes de Carrión but eventually returned into the possession of El Cid.Similar to the other sword attributed to El Cid, La Colada, there exists little historical evidence verifying the existence of a sword named Tizona belonging to Rodrigo Díaz.There exist various Tizonas which have been attributed to El Cid. One of these figured in the treasure stock of the regent house of Castilla that was transferred by Álvaro de Luna. This sword was ceremonial, owing to its adornment (which reflects its Castillian heraldry)Another presumed Tizona belonged to the Marqueses de Falces, to whom the sword was given by Fernando II of Aragon. that is currently on display in the Museum of Burgos alongside other presumed relics of El Cid. Details: Overall: 100 cm/ 39 inches Width: 19 cm Weight: 1,3 kg

Armor of the Knights Templar
Although the origin of armor for combat dates back to Egyptian times and developed with the Greeks and Romans, the most famous medieval armor is made of steel or iron plates connected with hooks, nuts and nails and the warrior with straps and brackets hold. Armor reached perfection in the Middle Ages, and in the middle of the 16th century it was transformed into a luxurious garment for the warrior, adorned and embellished with the beauties of sculpture and the metal industry. From the 18th century they are only used as an incomparable ornament for castles, palaces, museums and all those places that want to incorporate a beautiful historical memory into their stays. The Royal Arms Museum in Madrid becomes one of the largest and richest armaments collections in the world, mainly containing pieces from the time of Charles I in the 16th century, from which Marto was inspired to reproduce in different sizes or scales, the materials used being very similar to the originals: Handcrafted iron and steel, brocades, and wooden plinths that give the metal an ancient patina that protects it from external oxidation. Details: - Height: approx. 200 cm - Weight: approx. 50 kg - Including wooden pedestal - Including: Quality certificate - High quality ornate armor

Roman Dagger - Gold Finish
The Romans are known to have borrowed ideas on weapons of their enemies. Initially they used weapons of Etruscan and Greek style or, when confronted with the Celts, adopted their equipment. To defeat the Carthaginians built a fleet based on the Carthaginian model. Once a weapon is adopted it was standard. The weapons changed over the history of Rome, although its equipment and its use were never individual. Almost all Roman swords and daggers were double-edged, and could be used for both cutting and threading. The pugio was a small dagger used by the ancient Roman soldiers possibly as an auxiliary weapon. Like other equipment of the Legionnaires, the dagger had a series of changes throughout I century. Generally had a long blade and leaf-shaped, between 18 and 28 centimeters long and 5 centimeters or more across. It was ideal for threading; a good rush can pierce a chainmail weapon.
