The blade is made of 33 layers of stainless damask steel. The core layer is made of VG10 steel and has a HR of 60-61. On both sides it is protected by a layer made of nickel and silver. Additionally, it has 15 layers of damask steel on each side. This means that the blade has the best edge holding ability and offers a lot of flexibility. This masterpiece has a high gloss polish and a black handle made of multiplex. Thanks to the chestnut form it lays ergonomically in your hands.
