High quality blades have been forged in the Far East for over 1000 years. Even today, the masters continue this old tradition of blade manufacture. With 67 layers, this series is one of the top products on the market. The handle material used is the hygienically harmless and extremely robust G10. The core of the blade consists of VG 10 steel with a Rockwell hardness of approx. 60 degrees. 33 stabilizing layers of Damascus steel are forged on each side. The Damascus blade offers maximum cutting performance with the greatest possible flexibility.
