Since 1000 years those high-class blades were forged. Until today the old masters continue this traditional manufacturing. With 33 layers this series belong to the first-class products throughout the market. The blade core is made of VG-1 steel with a HRC of 58 – 62, each 16 outer layers are made of stainless damask steel. The damask steel blades offer highest cutting power with maximum flexibility. With the fine and precise sharpening a special fine cut of roast, salmon and ham is possible.
This small utility knife is adequate for vegetables, meat and fish. The word “Santoku” designates the three virtues. Manufactured by Haller.
