The sophisticated construction of this two-layer skirt means love at first sight. The heavy underskirt made of ribbed amber velvet is floor-length and hooks closed at the side. A more lightweight, white layer balloons over it. Several ribbons decorated with small bronze plates hold the gathers in place.
