Ken Kaneki is a normal student. He is very concerned with getting his degree and in the afternoons he always goes to Antique with his friend Hidan to enjoy the coffee there. He always sees his crush Liz there too. One day Ken and Liz start a conversation and arrange to go on a date. At the end of the date very odd things happen to Ken that seem like a dream to him. He wakes up in the hospital and a doctor tells him that Liz was killed by falling steel girders, and that her organs have been transplanted into him so that he would survive. Ken just wants to go home and when he arrives there he realizes that everything is going to change for him.
